How to avoid a cold this winter

Okay people, it’s official - the flu season is here! If you’re someone that’s prone to colds/flus, or you know that you generally get a bit run down at this time of year then this is the blog for you. If you wake up one morning and start feeling a bit scratchy in the throat, or your nose is starting to get clogged DON’T WAIT! If you hop on that cold you can get rid of it super quick. STEP ONE: drink some honey, lemon and fresh ginger tea. Perhaps make a big thermos of it and take it to work?
